★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The initial sales process of this company was good. They will come to your house, display the various grass samples, and quick to share quotes.
The installation service takes a while, so be patient. At the scheduled installation the team where efficient in laying the grass, but be careful limited information is shared about the care and maintenance, even after asking continuous questions.
After sales support - This is where this company really failed. Firstly they are slow to respond. I had an issue with the artificial turf lifting and bubbling in certain places and when asked the first time about this, I was told its moles/rats and can not be possible. I was then told a the laying service would come out and inspect and they never showed up for the appointment. After enquiring further, I was told to troubleshoot myself and liftt the turf and take photos. Clearly showing the weeds breaking through the underlying mat and eventually through the grass. After sharing the photos, the responded saying it my responsibility and theres nothing they can do. I think the laying services could have done a better job in clearing the underlying grounds and ensuring weeds dont break through.
Bottom line - if this information was shared in the beginning, it would have been helpful as a customer and whether I would proceed with the product, but companies like this are great in the upfront sales process but need to do a better job with after sales support
