Zijn zaak is niet telefonisch bereikbaar voor een vraag, bestelling of toelichting over je aankoop. Je kunt slechts chatten en mailen en hierdoor wordt de communicatie problematisch doordat hij óf onduidelijk is óf vermijdt antwoorden te geven op vragen bijv. :
1) Ik vroeg naar een buitenband. Hij vroeg niet wat voor type band ik nodig heb en stuurde een band type tube. Ik mail dat ik een type tubeless band had. Hij antwoordt: ik adviseer altijd een binnen en buitenband. Dit advies kwam dus te laat en ik moest een binnenband erbij bestellen.
2)We kregen een band die ingedeukt en scheef (zie foto) staat. Wij vroegen hem als leek of dat normaal is of dat ik hem terug moet sturen. Antwoord: dat kan op je eigen kosten. Ik vroeg 4x per mail of hij achter het product kan staan. Geen antwoord. Dat geldt ook voor een vraag over het ventiel. Ik stuurde ook foto’s van wat ik nodig heb, geen reactie.
3)Kortom: hij communiceert slecht, is onvriendelijk en verweet mij dat ik naar zijn ‘achteraf advies’ had moeten luisteren en dat het me nu geld gaat kosten. Hij kijkt niet naar zijn eigen aandeel bij dit misverstand.
Ik raad deze verkoper daarom niet aan.

His store cannot be reached by phone for a question, order or explanation about your purchase. You can only chat and email and this makes communication problematic because he is either unclear or avoids answering questions, e.g.:
1) I asked about an outer tire. He didn't ask what type of tire I need and sent a tire type tube. I email that I had a type of tubeless tire. He answers: I always recommend an inner and outer tire. This advice came too late and I had to order an inner tube.
2) We got a tire that is dented and crooked (see photo). We asked him as a layman if this is normal or if I should send it back. Answer: you can do that at your own expense. I asked 4 times by email if he could support the product. No answer. This also applies to a question about the valve. I also sent pictures of what I need, no response.
3) In short: he communicates badly, is unfriendly and reproached me that I should have listened to his 'afterwards advice' and that it will now cost me money. He does not look at his own part in this misunderstanding.
I therefore do not recommend this seller.
