★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Gravestenenbrug is a pedestrian bridge that spans the River Spaarne in central Haarlem. It's a drawbridge that lifts from both banks to all boats to pass. It's not particularly notable unless the bridge is being drawn for a passing boat.
The bridge does provide nice views of the river, but I wouldn't go out of the way to see it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A typical iconic Dutch designed drawbridge that was designed in the 1950's to replace the previous bridge that was 800 years old. The bridge keeper's house near the bridge, is a museum that contains artwork of Ramon Spiering.
The bridge makes an excellent photo opportunity to make a photo of the bridge and the authentic Dutch 17th century mansions.
