We found this company for our first renovation in Amsterdam. We are first home (apt) owners and new to the game.
Unfortunately, they did not mention in any word that we should have prepared our empty 90sqm space for the mice to come in the winter when it was still empty (no furniture) or before the kitchen came in. Big missed opportunity and it would have been the best time to fix holes and address that issue.
Secondly, the kitchen installation was mediocre at most. Even if you ask for a budget solution, It should meet minimum standards of work. Dont go with them. Cupboards were hung to low at firsy, big holes in wall against which cabinets were placed (welcoming mice), open electric cables under cabinets, doors that dont close even. Again, supervision couldnt have been daily and better.
Lastly, they were more loyal to big property owners in the VVE than us, wouldnt event give us a quote and then ultimately missed supervising a job to be done properly. As a consequence, we now have work done in our face, during the most inconvenient time ever. Despite us asking and communicating up front.
Bottom line: some jobs are done okay, but overall: ask at least three private people for their experiences with them before you proceed.
