★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inhoudelijk een fijn ziekenhuis met vriendelijk personeel. Maar de bereikbaarheid is vrij hopeloos. Alléén maar telefonisch, via een keuzemenu dat naar niks leidt en gewoon uitkomt bij een klantcontactcentrum. Dat dan toch weer moet doorverbinden en vervolgens zelf stuit op de wachtenden bij het betreffende polisecretariaat. Waar het werkelijk eindeloos kan duren. Blijkbaar veel te weinig ondersteunend personeel. En alsof er geen digitalisering bestaat ! Er zijn zelfs ziekenhuizen waar je digitaal je eigen afspraken kunt beheren en inzage hebt in je dossier, en waar je op zijn minst e-mail contact kunt leggen. Niks daarvan bij het GHZ.
 A nice hospital with friendly staff. But the accessibility is pretty hopeless. Only by telephone, via a menu that leads to nothing and simply ends up at a customer contact center. That has to put through again and then encounters those waiting at the relevant outpatient secretariat. Where it can really take forever. Apparently far too few support staff. And as if digitization does not exist ! There are even hospitals where you can digitally manage your own appointments and have access to your file, and where you can at least make contact by e-mail. None of that at the GHZ.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great hospital with friendly staff. Even a host which will take you to your room. Coffee and tea are offered when checking in. Partner can join for dinner too if you want! Will visit again if nessecary in the future!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I fell down the stairs and hurt my ankle very bad. I then made an emergency appointment with the doctor. TO my surprise they literally disregarded my pain ?. I told her I could not walk without holding onto things and she didn't bother to even offer crutches or anything!! My partner had to carry me on his arms for days.... seems like unless you are literally dying on the road then the doctor will tell you go take paracetamol and " get better soon". Not even an x ray!!! To make sure there was no damage!!! Absolutely disgraceful ?
I don't understand why we are forced to pay for this kind of care. What a waste of journey to the hospital and pain while getting I'm and out of the car.
On the plus side the hospital looked modern and the receptionist was kind. But the care was next to none.
