D	Daan González on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik heb er natuurlijk de balen van dat een gerechtsdeurwaarder mij in de tang heeft, maar deze sturen netjes een email met een betaallink erin om mij mijn betaling tocb op tijd te kunnen laten doen. Of course I am very disappointed that a bailiff has got me under control, but these send a neat email with a payment link in it to allow me to make my payment tocb on time.

Wat echter ONVERGEFELIJK SLECHT is aan dit bedrijf is dat zodra ze je een brief sturen met je verschuldigde bedrag en een datum waarop een hoorzitting plaats zal vinden ZE VOOR DIE TIJD NERGENS OP REAGEREN. - Betalingsregeling treffen? Doe maar een voorstel via de mail. We reageren nergens op. - Bellen over een betalingsregeling? Oh nee sorry, de afdeling die daar over gaat is er even niet. Kun je beter mailen. - Rinse, repeat. Totdat blijkt dat de afdeling waarvoor je belt op vakantie is. This review is not based on the fact that this bailiff company is simply a bailiff company: Of course they are after your pants, that is their entire business. However, what is UNFORGETTABLE BAD at this company is that as soon as they send you a letter with your amount due and a date on which a hearing will take place, THEY WILL RESPOND TO THAT TIME. - Make payment arrangements? Make a proposal via e-mail. We don't respond to anything. - Calling about a payment arrangement? Oh no sorry, the department that is about that is just not there. You better email. - Rinse, repeat. Until it appears that the department you are calling for is on vacation.
t	turkie30 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinds 2016 schulden vrij( dankzij schuldsanering ), geen open staande/ achterlopende bedragen, BKR vrij . En dan nog willen ze dat ik een schuld ( die al afgelost is ) uit 2012 betalen( met alle rente etc....) en beslag leggen op mijn rekening. Ik zeg kom maar op !! Debt free since 2016 (thanks to debt restructuring), no outstanding / arrears, BKR free. And then they still want me to pay a debt (which has already been repaid) from 2012 (with all interest etc....) and seize my account. I say come on!!
D	Dutch Verge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onpersoonlijk en arrogant! Mensen die al problemen hebben, trekken ze er nog verder in. Dat dit nog mag in Nederland, maakt ons een derdewereldland! Dat iemand schulden heeft ok, zoek een oplossing, maar iemand die een schuld van 350 heeft, moet aan het einde van de rit ruim 3000 euro betalen. Witteboordencriminaliteit heet dat volgens mij toch? Very impersonal and arrogant! People who already have problems pull them in even further. The fact that this is still allowed in the Netherlands makes us a third world country! That someone has debts ok, look for a solution, but someone who has a debt of 350 has to pay more than 3000 euros at the end of the ride. I think it's called white-collar crime, right?

Ook wanneer ik heb terugbel word ik genegeerd. - Hoogtes van vorderingen veranderen dagelijks. (Op 1 dag 2 verschillende bedragen gehoord) - Specificaties wat betreft vorderingen ronduit onduidelijk. - Onbetrouwbaar. Echt een schande dat dit bedrijf zo te werk gaat. It's outrageous how this company operates. - Claims are simply increased without communication. - When I call them, the phone just pops up. Even when I call back I am ignored. - Progression heights change daily. (Heard 2 different amounts on 1 day) - Specifications regarding claims downright unclear. - Unreliable. It's a shame that this company operates like this.
