Ze onderbrak me met regelmaat en de manier waarop was alles zeggend. Ze wilde mij niet aan de lijn! Heb ook vernomen van een ex medewerker dat het telefoonpersoneel de opdracht heeft om de klanten zo snel mogelijk af te wimpelen. Bij ons geen Groeneveld meer!!! Very moderate. a	arie both on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ onze verhuurder heeft met Groeneveld afgesproken dat zij niet voor een verstopping in de badcel hoeven te komen op vrijdag na 1700 uur. de loodgieter die namens de verhuurder bij ons een verstopping en lekkage moest oplossen had met groeneveld afgesproken dat hun monteur eerst contact moest opnemen met de loodgieter en daarna pas met ons. dat had de monteur niet gedaan. tijdens het gesprek zei de monteur dat hij ook weekend had en alleen zou komen als wij contact af zouden rekenen. de monteur was erg brutaal en praatte of dat wij doof waren over de telefoon. nu zitten wij het hele weekend met de problemen en zijn wij op maandag pas aan de beurt. wij zullen dit hele voorval ook aan onze verhuurder voorleggen want dit is een klantvriendelijkheid van lik me vestje. groeneveld moet zich schamen om zo met klanten om te gaan. wij hebben enkele dagen geen gebruik van douche of wasbak en kleding kan er ook niet gewassen worden. our landlord has agreed with Groeneveld that they do not have to come to the bathroom for a blockage on Friday after 1700 hours. the plumber who had to solve a blockage and leak on our behalf on behalf of the landlord had agreed with groeneveld that their technician should first contact the plumber and only then contact us. the mechanic had not done that. during the conversation, the technician said that he also had the weekend and would only come if we would pay for contact. the mechanic was very cheeky and talked as if we were deaf on the phone. now we have problems all weekend and it will not be our turn until Monday. we will also present this entire incident to our landlord because this is a customer-friendliness of lik me vestje. groeneveld should be ashamed to deal with customers in this way. for a few days we do not use the shower or sink and clothes cannot be washed.
