About Groepsaccommodatie , Villa's en Hotel Nieuw Leven
“Opa Eelman” bouwde de boerderij in 1928. Al van oudsher werden er in de woning pensiongasten ontvangen, naast de boerenactiviteiten. Rond 1965 kwamen de eerste groepen die, zodra het vee uit de schuren naar buiten ging, op vers hooi in de boerderij konden slapen.
In 1967 nam zoon Paulus het roer over. Hoewel het boerenbedrijf werd voortgezet, professionaliseerde de groepsaccommodatie. Er kwamen (stapel)bedden en de verblijven voor groepen werden aangepast aan de tijd. Toen in 1986 de boerderij-activiteiten werden stopgezet, kwam de focus te liggen op het gastenverblijf. Vele groepen zoals scholen, families en verenigingen hebben op Nieuw Leven gelogeerd en een onvergetelijke tijd beleefd.
Een aantal jaren terug is zoon Martijn met zijn vrouw Hendina en dochters bij Nieuw Leven komen wonen en toegetreden tot het bedrijf. Omdat de groepsaccommodatie niet meer aan de eisen van deze tijd voldeed is de keuze gemaakt om de geheel nieuw te bouwen. Gastheerschap en gastvrijheid is een vak en zit in de genen van de familie. Wij heten u meer dan hartelijk welkom!

β β β β β Ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad!
Een leuk ontvangst met spontane medewerker. Er werd vanalles verteld over het hotel met (voor ons) een best wel bijzonder concept. Fijne knusse kamer met geweldige wellness douche! Uitzicht vanaf de kamer ''s ochtends was ook mooi. Ontbijt is heerlijk en uitgebreid met wederom erg leuk en vriendelijk personeel. Dichtbij Den Burg waar ook voor jongeren genoeg te doen is. 2 nachten vlogen voorbij, de eerste nacht wat problemen gehad met de kachel. Na dit aangegeven te hebben werd er direct actie ondernomen en werd het opgelost. Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad en raden dit ook iedereen aan!
 Had a very nice stay!
A nice welcome with a spontaneous employee. All kinds of things were told about the hotel with (for us) a rather special concept. Nice cozy room with great wellness shower! View from the room in the morning was also nice. Breakfast is delicious and extensive with again very nice and friendly staff. Close to Den Burg, where there is also plenty to do for young people. 2 nights flew by, the first night had some problems with the heater. After reporting this, immediate action was taken and it was resolved. We had a great stay and recommend it to everyone!

β β β β β We stayed for weekend here. Itβs a nice and quiet place. Room was very clean and it had very good shower set. For breakfast you have to pay additionally but it was good. Natural swimming pool is something special. We enjoyed our stay here.

β β β β β I don't know what comes first in this hotel "Sustainability" or "Service"! What I've learned is that "Nieuw Leven" in not connected to public electricity and 100% self-fulfilling for warmth and electricity. All the waste that is produced is reused. I had the honor to see the batteries and talk about the plans to use Hydrogen to store the solar power electricity. So let's talk about the service :) a lovely breakfast, always served on the table, bike and e-bike rental for a fair price, drinks and snacks for your consumption, centrally situated with an outside natural swimming pool. Yes, there might be a few goldfish swimming around. I stayed here with my 11 year daughter, she loved the chickens and other animals. Thanks for the experience that was more than a stay.

β β β β β We are young couple with two children spent weekend in this hotel. These two days were wonderful. We enjoyed the sauna, pond and playground. Hotel has nice kitchen where you can cook or keep your groceries. The surroundings are beautiful and silent. Breakfast is delicious. Owners are so nice and accommodating. Nothing bad to say. Highly recommended!
