Inclusief een restaurant en terras met schitterend uitzicht op de tuin en de Ooijpolder. In de tuinzaal is een biljart en bibliotheek en in de fitnesszaal worden wekelijks fitness lessen gegeven. Voor gasten zijn er gastenkamers. Wekelijks georganiseerde activiteiten. Uitstekende 24-uurs zorg. Tegenover de flat is een uitstekende huisarts en zijn diverse restaurants. Zowel bus 8 naar het Centraal Station Nijmegen als bus 562 naar Beek en Groesbeek stoppen direct voor het complex.
De door de Nederlandstalige google.nl automatisch gegenereerde benaming ββbejaardentehuisββ klopt niet helemaal. Hoewel de doelgroep 70+ is, wonen er mensen van alle leeftijden. Zo zijn een deel van de bewoners jongeren en/of studenten. Dit lijkt mij een zeer handig beleid van Groot Berg en Dal, omdat de babyboom generatie over een paar jaar naar een service appartement gaat zoeken. Juist deze generatie wil niet meer uitsluitend met ouderen wonen. Wat betreft βtehuisβ, dit klopt ook niet, het is eerder een hotel. Maar dan wel een hotel met een gunstige prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding.
