★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The assistant calls you to make an appointment - dates and time are agreed and set. Virtual; confirmation ea. Without any further explanation received a call two days after the confirmation: "we have bad news" the house is "onder bod". I told the assistant that I would make an offer at or over the asking price with standard reservations and I had architect and builder lined up for the meeting. She told me there is nothing she can do now. I insisted to have a conversation with the "owner" mr. Gerard Groot Roessink but he cannot be reached? (does not have a cellphone?) - no response so far; seems he does not have the balls to call and leaves it to an office assistant. This process does not seem in the best interest of the homeowner; this just for the record. Unprofessional to say the least.
