★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Voor een zakelijk bezoek in Grou geweest. Daarna Grou eens doorgelopen en het is er een prettig weerzien. De laatste keer, jaren geleden met de boot daar gelegen en het was toen al leuk. Al die boten die voorbij varen en druk op de steigers met dagjesmensen die via een sloep huren het water opzochten.
Inmiddels is er toch door allerlei bouw activiteiten het contact met het water minder geworden. Woningen die voor de gemiddelde Nederlander onbetaalbaar zijn belemmeren het uitzicht op het water.
Helaas heeft de idiote huizenmarkt ook Friesland bereikt. Je kan je uitzicht nog steeds kopen,als je diepen zakken hebt. Maar helaas heeft dat ook een prijs.
Voor de politiek nog een boodschap, het is nu nog leuk in Grou.
Maar verkoop niet je ziel aan de hoogste bieder,want de prijs die je dan betaald is onherstelbaar.
 Been to Grou for a business visit. After that we walked through Grou and it is a pleasant reunion. The last time, years ago with the boat located there and it was fun then. All those boats that sail by and crowded on the jetties with day trippers who searched the water by renting a sloop.
In the meantime, due to all kinds of construction activities, contact with the water has decreased. Homes that are unaffordable for the average Dutch person obstruct the view of the water.
Unfortunately, the crazy housing market has also reached Friesland. You can still buy your view if you have deep pockets. Unfortunately, that also has a price.
Another message for politicians, it's still fun in Grou.
But don't sell your soul to the highest bidder, for the price you pay is irreparable.
