About Ground Fighting Academy (GFA)
GFA (Ground Fighting Academy) biedt trainingen aan in Braziliaans Jiu Jitsu en no-gi grappling, voor volwassenen en jeugd vanaf 16 jaar. De club is in november 2014 ontstaan uit het voormalige BJJ Friesland en staat onder leiding van Arnoud Terpstra.
Ons team bestaat uit een hechte groep van gedreven en positieve mensen. Tijdens de trainingen heerst er een ontspannen sfeer en staat ontwikkeling in de sport voorop. Zo proberen we elkaar allemaal te helpen en het beste in elkaar naar boven te halen. Na het trainen wordt er altijd tijd gemaakt voor een praatje met elkaar en buiten de trainingen om worden er regelmatig teamuitjes georganiseerd. Iedereen stapt met een goed humeur en zonder ego de mat op!
