Accu vervangen in mijn iPhone. Net op tijd de opzwellende accu zorgde al voor een witte plek in het scherm. Snel vervangen, even aan de oplader en weer door!

Replace battery in my iPhone. Just in time, the swelling battery already created a white spot in the screen. Quickly replaced, just on the charger and on again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prettig bedrijf en zeer vriendelijke en vakkundige Turkse eigenaar. Erg behulpzaam maar weet waarover hij praat. Je krijg een eerlijk advies en denk altijd financieel mee met de klant. Zowel nieuwe telefoons als gebruikte telefoons maar kan ook repareren terwijl je wacht. Je ziet met eigen ogen hoe hij dingen repareert dus niet stiekem ergens in een andere ruimten gaan repareren. Prijzen zijn zeer concurrent en mocht er onverhoopt iets niet goed gaan dan lost hij het kosteloos op zonder enige discussie. In mijn geval was display bescherming (screen protector) losgelaten waarvan mijn hoesje de oorzaak bleek te zijn maar zonder enige discussie werd deze kosteloos vervangen. Dit is nog eens goede services. Een echte aanrader voor iedereen en vooral ook voor deze woonplaats. Top bedrijf mijn complimenten en ik geeft de maximale hoeveelheid sterren 5*.

Both new phones and used phones but can also repair while you wait. You can see with your own eyes how he repairs things, so do not secretly repair things in another room. Prices are very competitive and if something goes wrong, he will solve it free of charge without any discussion. In my case, the display protection (screen protector) was released, which turned out to be the cause of my case, but without any discussion it was replaced free of charge. This is another good service. Highly recommended for everyone and especially for this place of residence. Top company my compliments and I give the maximum amount of stars 5 *.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sony XZ2 Compact purchased for 330€ via Backmarket, phone looked fine but the mic is defective, nobody can hear you, not good for a telephone. I have an identical phone which works perfectly. If I don't get a replacement that works, there will be real trouble! Nobody buys a defective phone for €330 and I waste my time setting it up as a company phone.. Anyway, phone is going back and you replace it or you lose the 1 star. You have been contacted by Backmarket already, so ring me on my functioning phone to confirm a replacement and the process. If nothing happens you will be reported to Trustedshop too and I if this does not I come for a face to face visit which will not be nice.Thanks for your attention.
