S	Sacha Rathnow on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik herinner mij nog de heel vriendelijke medewerker die jaren geleden geduldig mijn (domme ik) gemekker aanhoorde over mijn slechte GSM prestatie. Het probleem werd snel opgelost door een nieuwe accu te adviseren. Bij uitzondering heb ik geluisterd. De accu heeft het jaren uitgehouden met mij en is nu op, dus aan vervanging toe. Heb zonder medewerker te moeten vervelen meteen weer een nieuwe besteld die binnen 24 uur geleverd wordt, net als de vorige. Groetjes en tot de volgende keer !! (de foto is van mijn buurvrouw met GSM problemen) I still remember the very friendly employee who patiently heard my (stupid me) banter years ago about my poor GSM performance. The problem was quickly solved by advising a new battery. I have listened exceptionally. The battery has lasted for years with me and is now gone, so it needs to be replaced. Without having to be bored, I immediately ordered a new one that will be delivered within 24 hours, just like the previous one. Greetings and until next time !! Is de manier waarop je dit kan doen niet voor de hand liggend dan vind je op YouTube meestal een filmpje. Toen ik de batterij van mijn tablet wou vervangen paste de batterij niet. Het was nochtans hetzelfde type van hetzelfde merk. GSMbatterij heeft onmiddellijk een tweede batterij gestuurd. Toen die ook niet paste kon ik alles gratis terug zenden en is mijn aankoop terugbetaald. Er was geen discussie en onmiddellijk begrip voor mijn klacht. Alles is vlot afgehandeld. GSM battery has an extensive range of batteries available so that you can replace the battery of your smartphone or tablet yourself. If the way in which you can do this is not obvious, you will usually find a video on YouTube. When I wanted to replace the battery of my tablet, the battery did not fit. However, it was the same type of the same brand. GSM battery immediately sent a second battery. When it didn't fit, I could return everything for free and my purchase was refunded. There was no discussion and immediate understanding of my complaint. Everything went smoothly.
c	christel Van San on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mijn eerste bestelling is verloren gegaan in de post maar GSM batterij heeft dat onmiddellijk opgelost door een andere te sturen die ik na 2 dagen mocht ontvangen. Zeer tevreden en goede service. My first order was lost in the mail but GSM battery solved that immediately by sending another which I received after 2 days. Very satisfied and good service.

I am giving it for the atrocity that is their post-purchase spam they send people for a single review. You might want to adapt the review gaining policy to something less spamy.

I made a mistake on my order and put in the incorrect address and did not receive the battery I ordered. Post NL takes around 5 weeks to return a package to sender. I followed up on the order after about 3 weeks and Twan helped me determine what the issue was. I decided to wait for Post NL to return the battery so I did no thave to buy a new one. Twan sent me a new battery at no charge as he determined that it would take to long for me to wait without use of my phone. How incredible. Twan was professional, friendly and awesome to deal with - any products they carry that I need in future will be purchased from GSMBatterij. You have a customer for life.
