β β β β β Today I was in the Gucci store and wanted to buy a lot of clothes and shoes.
But unfortunately the worst seller in the entire World KEVIN did not manage to make his Job!
Kevin is a highly unmotivated and non Professional staff.
Unfriendly and completely failed in his JOb!
Kevin let me give you an advise: Please reassign you destroy the image of that Gucci store!

β β β β β Dirty and messy shop! Zero customer service. It is a shame tbh because Guggi used to be a great brand. I feel that it has lost its old glory and class.

β β β β β This Gucci Outlet Store is a complete mess. First of all, the waiting time and line is too long. Of course its a popular store, but thats no excuse for this poor management.
They also don't allow any more people in, even though its the middle of the day. They just close the gate to the line. They also won't let people in 45 minutes before closing the store. They just send all the people (potential customers) away in an very embarrassing and unpleasant manner. A luxury store, even though it's in an outlet center, should never behave like this. I've had a way better customer service at euro shops than here.
It's embarrassing in general.
All in all, I do not recommend this store.

β β β β β In the meantime i am at the store now. Gucci is bigger now but the service gone so low. There are no staff to find. The most of the customer are roaming around to find staff. But sadly. Literally no one. Please upgrade service. We deserve the service that we need.

β β β β β I can neither recommend the store nor the store manager.
Bought 5 scarfs and 2 bags last weeks, waitet more than 15 minutes for the bags filled with the products and went back to Germany. One scarf had production issues which I have noticed at home. I had not the chance to have a look on the products as they put everything into bags with out showing them to me. Tried to change the scarf as this was a production issue. But the store manager didn't want to change the scarf because I would have caused the damage, which was not true. She said, Δ° should have come the same day for the change, even I have 14 days. Yeah, After leaving Netherlands I drive 1,5 hours againg back the same day. Cheap scam and arguments for not changing a scarf!
I cannot recommend this store and the store manager as you will have huge problems when you notice production issues at home and the woman is not professional. I wont leave my money in this store.
Additonally, Δ° contacted gucci customer service because of this experience as I never experienced such a behavior!
