He went through the whole process with me and pulled the network cable up to my level for my T-Mobile fiber connection. Making the appointment was also quick and painless online and I got very quick responses to my questions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ T-Mobile handed over my installation package to Guidion, the package was lost for some time and the delivery status didn't update.
Because of that, I had to reschedule my installation visit on the day the technician was supposed to be there, and T-Mobile only had availability almost 10 days after that day.. I had to wait almost 1 month in total without internet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Half an hour late for their appointment planned 9 days ahead, only to then call and cancel that appointment telling me that Ill have to wait another week for a new appointment. And then when I try to reach them they are absolutely nonresponsive. One of the worst companies Ive ever had to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Through T-Mobile someone came and put a hole through a wall in August. After more than 20 emails and calls someone called at the end of December that someone would come the next day to fix it. No one came, we called Guidion and they said they didn't see anything scheduled. Today Guidion called to ask when a new modem would be placed??? Maurits from Guidion has been ignoring us for weeks now as well. So when are you guys coming to fix it??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I at first was a bit infuriated that mechanic arrived late, however given the amount of work he then proceeded to make in my house, I now understand that was a reasonable delay at other client's place. Overall the guy did an amazing job and was able to resolve a bit of unusual situation with wiring. Super satisfied, highly recommend.
