About Guitarking
Guitarking is opgericht in 1989 door de huidige eigenaren Frans en Wilma van Dommelen uit Boekel. Hun zaak staat inmiddels wijd en zijd bekend als een zeer professionele, stijlvolle en betrouwbare gitaarspeciaalzaak, voor zowel de beginnende als gevorderde gitarist.
Door de inmiddels meer dan 30 jaar lange ervaring en productkennis in deze branche is hun assortiment zorgvuldig samengesteld en blijft in beweging doordat ze continu op zoek zijn naar nieuwe en interessante producten. Bovendien garandeert Guitarking een goede prijs/kwaliteit-garantie en staat het bekend om hun zeer goede aftersales.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite my guitar still not having arrived, this is not guitar Kings fault. Guitar king is an excellent store with very, very helpful employees. The service is excellent and if there's a produce you're after, you're free to try it out for extended periods of time, you can even get to know your possible future instrument in a little private room. I literally have 0 complaints about this place. It's excellent. If you're thinking of getting a guitar this is the place to go. Oh yeah, might I add that ever guitar is very well priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to buy a guitar, multiple guitars actually, and recieved some of the worst customer service of my life. The service rep was extremely rude and was unwilling to help. I strongly urge buyers to be aware and to come prepared before attempting to put multiple thousands of dollars into their pockets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very helpful staff, but in my recent experience the description of guitars needs to be more honest.
Describing a guitar as “Mint” in my opinion the guitar should be practically in new condition, where the guitar I received only rated as good - very good, with a few understandable dents for its age (11 years) wear of the finish on the back, and discolouration of the fretboard. This equated to me paying a couple of hundred euro more than the guitar was worth IMO, thinking I was getting a “mint” condition guitar. If I ever choose to sell it later, I would feel obliged to show and describe the flaws. I would buy from them again in the future, but be far more careful about their description.
