β β β β β Deze tent moeten ze sluiten of nieuwe mensen aannemen. Als je een pakketje komt ophalen dan zijn ze hem kwijt of zogenaamd nooit ontvangen. Die lui gaan een hele discussie met je aan, ondanks dat je bewijs hebt dat het daar is afgeleverd. Vervolgens wordt je de deur gewezen. Als je een pakketje afgeeft dan scannen ze het pakketje gewoon niet. Ze geven het zonder scannen mee aan de chauffeur. Wanneer je hier naar vraagt dan zeggen ze dit wel gedaan te hebben. En anders is het je eigen probleem en kunnen zij er niets aan doen. Volgen totaal de procedure niet van pakketjes aannemen/retourneren .(Vrouw)onvriendelijke mensen, niet behulpzaam, gewoon asociaal volk.. Wij hebben wederom een klacht ingediend!
They have to close this tent or hire new people. If you come to pick up a package, they have lost it or supposedly never received it. Those guys start a whole argument with you, despite having proof that it was delivered there. You will then be shown the door. When you deliver a package, they simply do not scan the package. They give it to the driver without scanning. When you ask about this, they say they have done this. Otherwise it is your own problem and they cannot do anything about it. Do not follow the procedure of accepting / returning packages. (Women) unfriendly people, not helpful, just anti-social people .. We have again filed a complaint!

β β β β β Superhandig dat ze hier oosten pakketservice hebben. Goede service van demedewerkers metveel kennis. Fijne tankstation.
Super handy that they have a parcel service here east. Good service from the employees with a lot of knowledge. Nice gas station.

β β β β β Tankstation is een beetje gedateerd maar voor de rest voldoende faciliteiten maar een opknapbeurt zou weleens mogen. Diverse afhaal mogelijkheden zoals DHL, PostNL e.e.a.
Gas station is a bit dated but otherwise adequate facilities but a refurbishment could be. Various pick-up options such as DHL, PostNL and others.

β β β β β Jaren vaste klant geweest en wekelijks getankt. Toch viel het me op dat niemand er mondkapjes droeg (terwijl op de deur met een sticker wordt verzocht dit te doen). Vaak is er een vast clubje mensen aanwezig, onduidelijk of ze er werken of niet. Maar ook vandaag alle 4 geen mondkapjes op. Terwijl ik er wel naar binnen moest om af te rekenen.
Wanneer ik ze daarop aanspreek zegt de eigenaar zich totaal geen zorgen te maken om corona. Z,n vrouw of vriendin vond het buiten ook nog nodig om opzettelijk en luidruchtig zonder mondkapje te kuchen en met het een en ander toe te roepen om haar punt te maken.
Kortom, Gulf Zeist is twee klanten armer (denk maar niet dat mijn partner daar ook nog zal tanken).
Been a regular customer for years and refueled weekly. Yet it struck me that no one wore face masks (while a sticker is requested on the door to do so). Often there is a fixed group of people present, it is unclear whether they work there or not. But also today all 4 no mouth caps on. While I had to go in to pay.
When I address them, the owner says not to worry about corona at all. His wife or girlfriend also found it necessary outside to deliberately and loudly cough without a mouth cap and to call on something to make her point.
In short, Gulf Zeist is two customers poorer (don't think that my partner will also refuel there).
