Guts en Gusto is a very nice store with very nice clothes, good price quality. Enschede, Tubantiasingel is easy to reach by car and free parking. Nice employees, enthusiastic, helpful! Het mooie jurkje voor kerstmis was niet meer in mijn dochter haar maat maar de volgende dag wordt de juiste maat naar ons huisadres verzonden, dat noem ik hele goede service, top! Super nice shop and very friendly staff. The beautiful dress for Christmas was no longer in my daughter's size, but the right size will be sent to our home address the next day, that's what I call very good service, top!

Das erste Mal wurde das Leder super rau und fusselig und ich bestellte dieselben Schuhe noch einmal, da sie sehr bequem und ansonsten genau mein Fall sind und ich bei meiner Arbeit nicht mit fusseligen Schuhen rumlaufen wollte. Beim zweiten Mal ging jetzt nach 8 Monaten der Schuh neben der Naht auf und ein großes Loch prangt jetzt dort. Kundenservice null entgegenkommend. Aktualisiert am 02.03.22 Heute ein Entgegenkommen des Shops, welches ich akzeptiere. Ordered the same shoes there twice for over 100 euros. The first time the leather got super rough and fuzzy and I ordered the same shoes again as they are very comfortable and otherwise right up my alley and I didn't want to wear fuzzy shoes at work. The second time, after 8 months, the shoe came open next to the seam and there is now a big hole there. Customer service zero accommodating. Updated 3/2/22 Today a concession from the shop, which I accept.

De blouses zijn mij favoriet en hoef je niet te strijken als je ze uit de was meteen ophangt ??. Vanavond nog een hele leuke blouse gescoord tijdens de vip night. Als de broeken (vooral flared) nou ook nog in kortere lengte maten worden verkocht, zou ik helemaal de winkel leeglopen ? Very nice shop. Often nice promotions and always friendly help. The blouses are my favorite and you don't have to iron them if you hang them straight from the wash ??. Scored a very nice blouse tonight during the VIP night. If the pants (especially flared) were also sold in shorter length sizes, I would completely empty the store ?
