★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid the employee by the name of Cyrus, asks condescending questions to foreigners why they don't speak Dutch. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behaviour where people of many backgrounds come to send/receive money.
Firstly, as a man, you are in no position to tell a woman what she should or should not be doing. Secondly, as a person of colour, you should know better than perpetuating discrimination, when you can be equally discriminated against in this country, if not worse.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service, actually you can talk about service at that place, because they don't know what is it. The personal work slowly and don't care that there is huge line. Working just one counter with Arabic rude man. Actually there is pretty nice lady but usually she is not there.
Hopefully it's will change.
