★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wij huren een pand via Punt Beheer in Alkmaar. Als uitzendbureau zijnde moesten wij zelf nog een internetaansluiting laten realiseren t.w.v. €2500,- euro. Wij zijn hier van tevoren niet over geïnformeerd. Na een zware lekkage via de leiding van een airco apparaat (die tevens niet werkte sinds de oplevering) mochten wij ook zelf opdraaien voor de kosten. Vervolgens zijn de TL-verlichting bakken defect en wordt wederom een referentie gedaan naar het ¨casco huren¨ clausule in het contact. Zeer slechte service en zou niemand adviseren om via deze partij te huren.
We rent a property through Punt Beheer in Alkmaar. As an employment agency, we had to have an internet connection realized ourselves, worth €2,500. We were not informed about this in advance. After a heavy leakage through the pipeline of an air conditioning unit (which also did not work since delivery), we were also allowed to pay for the costs ourselves. Subsequently, the fluorescent lighting boxes are defective and a reference is again made to the hull rental clause in the contact. Very poor service and would not advise anyone to rent through this party.
