In Nederland gaat het gelijk over de prijs en gratis brillen of glazen om daarna genaait te worden met een coating hier en daar. hier al eerder brillen gekocht en tot volle tevrdenheid. eerlijk verhaal en eerlijke prijs. Not cheap compared to the Netherlands, but very expertly honest and clear story. In the Netherlands it is all about the price and free glasses or glasses and then sewn with a coating here and there. bought glasses here before and to full satisfaction. fair story and fair price.

Obwohl mir von H&H mehrmals abgeraten wurde und ich schon selbst vor ca. 3 Jahren als Kunde dort schlechte Erfahrung mit unfreundlichem Personal gemacht habe, dachte ich mir ist schon länger her, vllt. hat sich ja etwas geändert. Die Mitarbeiterin war wohl sehr freundlich aber mehr leider auch nicht. Sprachlos eine neue Brille so zu behandeln! Brille wurde ohne erwärmen zurecht gebogen, dass die Bügel nicht gebrochen waren, war auch alles. Auf die Bitte die Brille zu erwärmen hieß es dann das geht auch so wäre ja weiches Material, wo gibts denn sowas? Die Bügel waren hinterher genauso wie vorher, da hat sich nichts getan, außer dass die Bügel gelitten haben....Ich habe gesagt es wäre alles super und bin gegangen, weil ich Angst hatte wenn die Dame noch weiter so trocken an der Brille rumbiegt, brauche ich eine Neue...Es war nicht einmal voll , es waren keine Kunden da, also am Stress hat es wohl nicht gelegen. Leider! No competence! Out of necessity (opticians farther away) I went to H&H to direct the bar. Although I was advised against by H&H several times and I had a bad experience there as a customer with unfriendly staff about 3 years ago, I thought it was a long time ago, probably. something has changed. The employee was very friendly but unfortunately not more. Speechless to treat new glasses like that! Glasses were bent without heating, so that the temples weren't broken, that was everything. When asked to warm up the glasses, it was then possible that would be soft material, where can you get something like that? The temples were exactly the same afterwards as before, nothing changed, except that the temples suffered .... I said everything was great and left because I was afraid if the lady continued to bend the glasses so dryly , I need a new one ... It wasn't even full, there weren't any customers, so it wasn't the stress. Unfortunately!

A detailed consultation was customized. The store itself scores with appealing design and clarity as well as with the latest technical equipment. Another positive feature is the large range of spectacles and the additional services.

Ob" nur"die Brille gesäubert werden soll,oder bei der Auswahl einer Brille oder geeigneter Kontaktlinsen,das freundliche Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend,ohne sich aufzudrängen !!! Großer,heller Eingangsbereich mit Schiebetüren,welches für Menschen mit Kinderwagen und Personen mit Rollatoren o.ä.sehr Kundenfreundlich/Kundenorientiert ist !!! Die Schaufenster sind immer im wechsel der Jahreszeiten toll dekoriert. Great specialist advice with friendly staff! Whether "only" the glasses should be cleaned, or when choosing glasses or suitable contact lenses, the friendly staff is very courteous without imposing !!! Large, bright entrance area with sliding doors, which is very customer-friendly / customer-oriented for people with prams and people with walkers or similar !!!
