★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dit is echt een prima winkel om leuke, en vooral goedkope kleding en accessoires te vinden voor dames en kinderen. Als je van iets 'betere' kleding houdt, kun je beter even elders gaan kijken.
 This is really a great store to find nice and especially cheap clothes and accessories for ladies and children. If you like something 'better' clothing, you better go and look elsewhere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jammer dat er boven bij de kinderafdeling geen pashokjes zijn en dat bij de pashokjes beneden geen rek is om de kleding die niet past op te hangen. Als je dan het personeel vraagt of er een rek is zeggen ze doodleuk dat ze dat hier niet hebben en lopen weer door. Een beetje meer klantvriendelijk personeel zou dan toch vragen of ze de niet passende kleding even aan kunnen nemen...
It is a pity that there are no changing rooms upstairs in the children's department and that there is no rack in the changing rooms downstairs to hang the clothes that do not fit. If you ask the staff if there is a rack, they will say that they do not have it here and walk on. A little more customer-friendly staff would ask if they can take the inappropriate clothing for a while ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zeer onvriendelijk personeel. Er wordt een standpunt ingenomen en daar blijft het bij. Geen overleg, ze luisteren niet eens. Geen ruimte om te kijken naar een oplossing. De leidinggevende draagt een plastic masker dat aan de onderkant open is en de kassiere niets, terwijl mondkapjes verplicht zijn. De leidinggevende maakte zich zo boos, dat ze begon te trillen. Ik begrijp werkelijk niet waarom.
Toen mij uiteindelijk werd toegeblaft dat ik bij het pin apparaat moest komen om mijn geld terug te krijgen en ik daarna de winkel uitliep, werd ik nog hartelijk uitgelachen door de drie personeelsleden die aanwezig waren.
Erg slechte ervaring. Wij komen er beslist niet weer. En echt slim was de vertoning ook niet op zatermiddag in een overvolle winkel.
Very unfriendly staff. A position is taken and that is it. No consultation, they don't even listen. No space to look for a solution. The manager wears a plastic mask that is open at the bottom and the cashier nothing, while face masks are mandatory. The manager was so angry that she started to tremble. I really don't understand why.
When I was finally barked at that I had to come to the ATM to get my money back and I then walked out of the store, I was still heartily laughed at by the three staff members who were present.
Very bad experience. We will definitely not come back. And the display was not really smart on a Saturday afternoon in a crowded store.
