★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huge selection of clothes, as usual. Their competitor Primark is just a walk away. But H&M in my experience (believe me) has a slight edge on quality and durability over Primark. But you'll pay a bit more for H&M. But this marginal utility is higher than you think.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer experience. Returned a product because it was the wrong size. I picked it up from a M size hanger and it was XL, because they placed it there incorrectly, and even though I showed them the internet receipt and the product being in the package they still do not accept it. They should be customer friendly enough to understand that this is their product and it was their mistake. Awful customer service!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop to buy some clothes. Good prices for the quality you get. Don't expect to high quality. Often very busy so choose your timing wise to go there. It's located in The Plaza near the Bijenkorf. You can park close by, but also the train station is only 5min walk.
