Staff do not know how to talk to customers, not nice and not services at all just an unpleasant place to buy in.
I have never had such a bad service experience in h&m

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The collection of the shop is average. Generally I don't get what I am looking for in proper size. The items are very decently priced, so one can afford it easily. Reaching the place is easy, on can take a tram to Stadshart, or if coming by a car one can get street parking or parking garages.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered winter jacket and pajama since January 10, 2022...until now my order didn't arrived! Why it take so long? I need my jacket since its still so cold. They updated me last January 12, the package is on Bestelling Verwerkt, until this time still on that status. My order number is 38951980946. I message them on their chat via their website but only computer is answering and i emailed them and i got no answer at all. Can you not just give back our money if you cant send our orders???????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the crowded H&M stores I visited in and around Amsterdam. They have more collection than store can accommodate. Paskamers have long waiting queues. Mostly You can find loungewear and discounted items. Rest of the collection was very limited in terms of number of options.
