★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Natuurlijk triest als je hier moet komen want dan is je auto vaak bij een ongeval betrokken.
Maar gelukkig werken hier vriendelijke mensen en kreeg ik, naast een bak koffie omdat ik te vroeg was, alle tijd om mijn auto leeg te halen.
Helaas willen ze hem wel afvoeren naar de sloop maar levert de auto op deze manier nix meer op. Dat moet toch nog wel iets financieel beter kunnen?
 Of course sad if you have to come here because then your car is often involved in an accident.
But luckily friendly people work here and, in addition to a cup of coffee because I was too early, I had plenty of time to empty my car.
Unfortunately, they do want to take it to the scrapyard, but the car does not yield anything in this way. Surely that should be a little better financially?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Met pech langs de weg komen te staan is nooit leuk, maar Ronald van H. van der Vliet B.V. was er erg snel. Ik stond ook op een gevaarlijke plek. Vervolgens prettige en persoonlijke service gekregen en Ronald dacht met me mee over de beste plek om de auto neer te zetten (Van der Vliet was een nooddienst om de auto naar een veilige plek te brengen, BMW Service moest het daarna overnemen), en heeft een out of the box oplossing bedacht, wat me een paar uur tijdwinst heeft opgeleverd. Auto gestald bij de loods van Van der Vliet en vanaf daar met andere auto door naar bestemming. Dank, Ronald en collega's!
Getting stuck at the side of the road with bad luck is never fun, but Ronald van H. van der Vliet B.V. got there very quickly. I was also in a dangerous place. Then received pleasant and personal service and Ronald thought along with me about the best place to park the car (Van der Vliet was an emergency service to bring the car to a safe place, BMW Service had to take over after that), and has a came up with a solution out of the box, which saved me a few hours of time. Car parked at the Van der Vliet shed and from there to destination with another car. Thanks, Ronald and colleagues!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ multiple times i have filed a complaint on how my car was taken care of during the time it had been transported from where I stranded to my dealership. it is just ignored, no reply what so ever. Because it just gets completely ignored, maybe i'm able to get my point across this way.
my car (hybrid) towed on saterday
delivered at my dealership 4 days later. understandable, because it was during easter weekend. but the car was delivered by the towing company with a key from another car.
EDIT: it seems that the problems below were caused by a different towing company.
delivered without any transport documentation
car delivered completely dead, nothing was working. this wasn't the case when it was picked up.
after diagnostics with my dealership the main fuse of the car was blown. they have never seen anything like this. seems like they tried to boost the car with the boosting cables the other way around. at least i'm glad that no control module was blown up, otherwise I presume, judging from my experience it would be my own problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had just flown in to Schipol after three weeks in the US and my car wouldn't start. Thankfully Arnold quickly came to see what the problem was. It was an odd combination of low hybrid battery, low start battery and low alarm battery. Another colleague, Danny, came in case they needed to tow me. They got it working enough to have me follow Arnold to their garage so they could charge it more to ensure I would get home safely. The service couldn't have been nicer or more friendly. I felt well taken care of and would highly recommend their service!
