De Sint-Willibrorduskerk is in 1927 ingewijd. De Sint-Willibrorduskerk in Esch is een bijzonder gebouw. Het oudste gedeelte is de toren, die al meer dan 500 jaar oud is. Hij is tussen 1450 en 1500 gebouwd.
Het kerkgebouw dat er nu tegenaan staat, is al het derde godshuis op die plek. De huidige Willibrorduskerk is maar net 80 jaar oud. Hij is gebouwd en ingewijd in 1927 ter vervanging van een negentiende-eeuwse kerk, die volgens de toenmalige pastoor, Henricus van Duren, aan bouwvalligheid leed. Deze prachtige Essche kerk ligt aan de Dorpsstraat van Esch.

The parish has 4 church buildings: St. Peter's Basilica in Boxtel, the oldest, St. Willibrord's Church in Esch, St. Therese Church in Lennisheuvel and St. John's Decapitation Church in Liempde. Saint Willibrord's Church was consecrated in 1927. The Sint-Willibrorduskerk in Esch is a special building. The oldest part is the tower, which is more than 500 years old. It was built between 1450 and 1500.
The church building that is now adjacent to it, is already the third almshouse on that site. The current Willibrorduskerk is only just 80 years old. It was built and consecrated in 1927 to replace a nineteenth-century church which, according to the then parish priest, Henricus van Duren, was in ruins. This beautiful Essche church is located on the Dorpsstraat of Esch.
