Professional and kind service. All 4 of my wisdom teeth were removed without any complications. As much I was afraid of it as easy it was. I had 2 different doctors, both were really informative about what happens. Both were kind and calm. The same goes for the reception staff. I would like to sincerely thank you for this experience which made me look forward even more to have braces in the coming months.

I arrived here very nervous for my wisdom tooth removal, but the anaesthetic injection didn’t hurt and the tooth removal was fast and painless. Highly recommend Haaglanden Clinics, super happy with this place!

Don't go here! I had a wisdom tooth removed about a year ago. The problem started with the first contact, the administrator does not have good command of English and when she said she booked me at half past 3 while she meant half past 2, which wasn't showing in the very confusing confirmation email that she sent to me, but I was still accepted for the appointment. Further, the assistant, to whom I told that I have an X-ray from my dentist and could send it to her by email, disregarded me and took another one, just like the one I had, resulting in extra charge. The first surgeon that I encountered was well composed and gave me a feeling of security. She injected anaesthetic without spraying it around or hurting me and then removed my tooth. I wish she also checked around as the bone where the tooth had sat was sticking out of my gum with a sharp end cutting into my tongue (not sure if that would be possible with the swelling). I phoned the clinic the next day and got appointment only a week later with different time given to me than the one noted in their schedule once again. The next surgeon tried to chip the bone off, but it didn't work as more bone was coming out when he pulled on it. He gave me anaesthetic, which wasn't only injected painfully, but also was sprayed all around my mouth and face. I asked to remove part of it from my tongue, as it burned, but he refused to do it, explaining that it would be too much work. After he cut my gum he found it necessary to shake my head vigorously by pushing and pulling on the bone that he was supposed to be extracting. That gave me hyperventilation, which he made very clear he was angry about. He stitched the gum with dissolvable stitches, that came undone the next day. I went to emergency dentist the following weekend, removed the stitches and received antibiotics for the infection that they gave me. Up to this day I have sour feeling in the gum when I eat, brush my teeth or open mouth widely. I now suspect that the second surgeon was either meaning to harm me or was highly incompetent, which is not surprise for this place. €391,51

I highly recommend going here for wisdom teeth removal. I was so scared when i got there, but it was done really fast and painless. Even the healing is going great. No pain at all. I look forward to going back to get my other 2 wisdom teeth removed. The staff is very very friendly. Thank you very much!

Had four wisdom teeth removed, no pain at all, very satisfied with the experience. BUT the x ray lady who took photo of my teeth is a RACIST, who barely has no ablity to socialize at all. I recommend you to give a good education lession to her.

Excellent experience! Came in for a wisdom tooth removal and I was so scared when entering the clinic due to a very bad previous experience. Both surgeon and assistant were very calm and friendly. After the anesthesia (which was done very easily with little pain), the surgeon started pulling the wisdom tooth and I could not feel anything. It was off in 10 seconds. Real professionals and would totally recommend this clinic

Great Place! Covered by the insurance, people are very nice and professional. The Surgeon who worked with me was great, and very obviously loves his job! Was a short 20 minutes visit with a quick and painless surgery, very professional and great for someone who does not know what to expect or is scared to go to a kaakchirurg. If you're covered by Zilver Kruis, you should go there.

Had both lower wisdom teeth removed here in 2 separate appointments. When I headed there for the first one I was a bit nervous due to some negative experiences with dental removal in the past. However, the procedure went quick and easy with no pain felt the entire time. The staff is friendly and professional, they communicate clearly and I could not have wished for a better experience. The second appointment was a bit different. Apparently the appointment was not registered properly so when I received no confirmation text the day before the procedure (like the session before) I called them and it turned out they made an error and I had to postpone the appointment to the week after. Not a serious problem for me, but still worth mentioning. This time I had a different dental surgeon team, who at the start had a brief moment of embarrassment when I had to point out that in fact it was the left side (not the right) that needed to be done and the fact that the upper tooth was not to be given anesthesia as it was not to be extracted. The procedure took significantly longer this time as they had a difficult time pulling it out, which ultimately resulted in slightly more pain/discomfort for me. In conclusion, all in all I was really impressed by the clinic and staff and I assume (and hope) the second experience was just a bit unfortunate for me. I have recommended them to my roommate, who had a similar pleasant experience as my first one. I would like to give 5/5, but due to the second appointment it is just 4/5.
