M	Martin in t Veld on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haard telefonisch besteld en betaald bij deze club. Vervolgens zou de haard geleverd worden na een week. Wordt via mail op de hoogte gesteld dat er nog eens extra 180 euro betaald dient te worden anders wordt alles geannuleerd. Men zou een verkeerde prijs berekend hebben. Telefonisch contact gehad maar men wil de haard niet leveren en beroepen zich op de annulering vanwege verkeerde prijs. Ben woest op de wijze waarop men met klanten omgaat en wil ook zeker adviseren geen zaken te doen met deze onbetrouwbare club. Fireplace ordered by phone and paid for at this club. Alles tot in de puntjes verzorgd door Carolien. Wij zijn erg tevreden over de service, contact en de haard uiteraard. We bought a fireplace and had to adjust a number of things. Wij moesten zelf overal achteraan bellen en met oplossingen komen. Het lijkt erop alsof ze zich te goed voelen voor de klanten. Bespaar jezelf veel moeite en zoek een andere opdrachtgever. Bij aanvang aardig en kan alles daarna drama. TIP controleer factuur op gebruikt onderdelen als je hier überhaupt iets koopt. I agree with the other negative reviews, failing to meet agreements, supplying the wrong stuff and invoicing (only if you point it out to her), administration -/-, collection before I received the invoice (sorry mistake). Nice at the start and then anything can be drama. TIP check invoice for used parts if you buy anything here at all.

Men, wat hebben we veel mails niet beantwoord gekregen of moesten we er achteraan bellen.. Foute maten van de haard doorgeven.. fouten erkennen maar er vervolgens niets mee doen.. haard plaatsen met een botte boor.. haard in twee delen geplaatst.. twee weken naar een haard gekeken die niet kon branden.. boekhouding niet op orde; lastige gevallen dat we rekeningen niet zouden hebben betaald… Kies alstublieft een andere leverancier voor uw haard! Pass on wrong measurements of the fireplace.. recognize mistakes but then do nothing about it.. place the fireplace with a blunt drill.. fireplace placed in two parts. looked at a fireplace for two weeks that wouldn't burn... not in order; troublesome cases that we would not have paid bills… Please choose another supplier for your fireplace!

Elke keer goed te woord gestaan en de kachel is netjes, helemaal naar wens, geplaatst. We had a Dik Geurts wood stove installed by Haarden Centrum Nederland. We are very satisfied with the service! Every time we have been well spoken and the stove is neatly placed, completely according to your wishes.

En zo ja meubel, welk hout dan en met of zonder laden. Zo werd het toch een heel project. Geduldig en vakkundig begeleidt door Kris en veel sneller dan verwacht prima geïnstalleerd door Jan die zelf het meubel tot op de millimeter precies had gemaakt. Wij zijn er heel blij mee. We were out quickly. It had to be that one gas fireplace from the cozy showroom. But then you are not there yet, color and material of the fireplace, whether or not furniture. Patiently and professionally guided by Kris and much faster than expected, well installed by Jan, who himself had made the furniture precisely down to the millimetre. We are very happy with it.
