About Haarlem Canal Tours
De tour is in het Nederlands en in het Engels te volgen. De sloep vertrekt vanaf een exclusief voor Haarlem Canal Tours gereserveerde afvaartlocatie aan Spaarne ter hoogte van huisnummer 17 (recht tegenover de inrit van parkeergarage De Appelaar, aan de overzijde van het Spaarne). Tijdens de tour vaart u langs vele bekende gebouwen: De Egelantier, Nieuwe Kerk, Stadsschouwburg, Kathedraal Sint Bavo, Patronaat, Het Huis Barnaart, Het Paardenwed, Koudenhorn, De Molen Adriaan, Teylers Museum, Grote of St. Bavo Kerk, diverse pleinen en hofjes en vele andere monumenten en architectuur die Haarlem rijk is.
Haarlem Canal Tours vaart altijd in de lente en (na)zomermaanden – van april t/m oktober – iedere dinsdag t/m zondag. Onze boot vertrekt om 11:30, 13:00, 14:30, 16:00 en 17:30 uur.
De prijs van onze gewone tour bedraagt € 16,- (incl. 9% BTW/excl. 6% booking fee) per persoon. Met het online boeken van een ticket bent u direct verzekerd van een plaats op onze open sloep.
De rondvaart duurt in totaal 75 minuten waarin u uitleg krijgt over alle mooie plekjes van het prachtige Haarlem. Daarnaast is er volop ruimte tot het stellen van vragen. Ontdek de stad op haar mooist en boek direct uw ticket!

Jeroen the skipper was super friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the city and country, plus the history. He even had suggestions for lunch/dinner! I would HIGHLY recommend this small-group tour! A million times better than the bigger boats..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We celebrated my father's 80th birthday with a boat tour. He's a history buff himself and was thoroughly entertained by Jeroen's vast knowledge of Haarlem's history. It's one thing to know a lot of historical facts, it's another to be able to share that knowledge in a fun & interesting manner. Jeroen excels at both! We met him at Restaurant Zuidam, ordered coffee & cakes. After the tour, we had a great lunch at Restaurant Zuidam. Super convenient planning. Kids 13, 17 and 23 enjoyed the tour as well. I will recommend Jeroen to all my US friends and will most likely repeat this tour with my own husband & sons next time we are in Haarlem.

A friendly and well informed captain that will give you not just historical information but advice on the best restaurants and even real estate. Little touches like offering blankets when it gets chilly and asking about your day made this the best part of my day. A lovely way to see the most important sights in Haarlem.

Highly recommend this experience for all visitors to the beautiful city of Haarlem. We learnt so much (we’ve lived here for a year!) and we’re also able to enjoy our own picnic with friends and the fantastic summer weather. We can’t wait to go back again!
