Ik was zelf niet bekend met vegan eten, daarom extra leuk om nieuwe dingen te proeven. We waren met een gezellige groep en hebben echt van de dag genoten! With the ladies on the road along the most beautiful places in Haarlem and a good meal too. I was not familiar with vegan food myself, so it was extra fun to taste new things. We were with a nice group and really enjoyed the day!

Verrassend leuke middag gehad, met een gezelschap van voor mij bekende maar ook onbekende mensen. We werden meegenomen langs een aantal voor mij nog onbekende pareltjes in Haarlem en kregen overal heerlijke gerechtjes of biertjes te proeven. En bij elke stop kregen we het persoonlijke verhaal over de lokale ondernemer te horen. Zelf ben ik niet vegan en dat was hier geen enkel probleem, ik vond alles zo lekker! De vegan bitterballen waren niet van "echte" te onderscheiden, en ik ga zeker nog eens terug voor de falafel! Erg leuk om Haarlem eens op een andere manier te ontdekken, en dat in een gezellig (internationaal) gezelschap. Wat een leuke dag, aanrader! Participated in the Vegan Streetfood Experience of Haarlem Food Experiences in September. Had a surprisingly nice afternoon, with a company of people known to me but also unknown. We were taken along a number of gems in Haarlem that were still unknown to me and were given delicious dishes or beers to taste everywhere. And at every stop we got to hear the personal story about the local entrepreneur. I myself am not vegan and that was no problem here, I loved everything so much! The vegan bitterballen were indistinguishable from "real" ones, and I will definitely go back for the falafel! Very nice to discover Haarlem in a different way, and that in a pleasant (international) company. What a fun day, highly recommended!

When you have good company enven hard winds and down pour cannot take the joy away! It made me want to come back to those spots on a better day. I recommend!

Really recommendable for locals and visitors, to enjoy with your friends but also meet new great people!
P	Powell Pressburger on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Haarlem Food Experiences food n drink tour was very enjoyable with the vivid stories of the proprietors of the places visited bringing much to tastes that already surprised for their quality. The tour hosts were very amiable. Probably, every such tour should be led by someone either Latin or Irish! Here we have Irish and Dutch; both warm, unaffected, with character, lighting up an afternoon of near-torrential rain! A lovely group too, heritages including Indian, Iranian, Chinese, and Sierra Leonian, so a world of conversation possibilities, not least cake.

Even though we live in Haarlem ourselves, we discovered a number of cool new places to eat through the tour with interesting stories from the entrepreneurs involved. We are not vegan or vegetarian ourselves, but that doesn't matter at all for the tour, we had delicious food and drinks everywhere and will definitely go back to the places where we ate!
