We hadden al eens kennis gemaakt toen ze nog in Zevenaar werkte, waar ik tevreden wegging, maar ik vond de afstand een gedoe. Zodra de Plantsoenstraat de deuren opende werd ik vaste klant. Heerlijk om door Susan in de watten gelegd te worden. Relaxen aan de wasbak, uitgebreid kijken hoe je geknipt wil worden en het liefst maakt Suus het af met een make-upje. Dit alles met meukvrije producten en daar word ik dan weer héél gelukkig van. Een verwennerij! I was so happy that Susan came to Doetinchem. We had already met once when she was still working in Zevenaar, where I left satisfied, but I thought the distance was a hassle. As soon as Plantsoenstraat opened the doors, I became a regular customer. Lovely to be pampered by Susan. Relaxing at the sink, watching extensively how you want to be cut and Suus prefers to finish it off with a make-up. All this with itch-free products and that makes me very happy again. A treat!

Goed aanvoelen wat de klant wil, en dat ook begrijpen en kunnen vertalen in een modern kapsel dat goed zelf te onderhouden is. Kwaliteit, ook in haarproducten. Goede koffie erbij met een likeurtje, wat wil een mens nog meer?! :-) Fine and beautiful hair salon! Professional, and really looking at people and their wishes. Feel good what the customer wants, and understand that and be able to translate it into a modern hairstyle that is easy to maintain. Quality, also in hair products. Good coffee with a liqueur, what more does a person want ?! :-)

Het feit dat ik tijdens de lockdown totaal geen haarproblemen heb gehad, niet qua kleur en niet qua model, is een groot compliment voor Susans professionaliteit! Het was overigens erg fijn om deze week weer in de kappersstoel te mogen zitten, ook nu professioneel met in achtneming van alle RIVM maatregelen. Ja, ik heb mijn vaste kapsalon gevonden! After a long search for a hairdresser who understands what I want, I arrived at Haarpleck just before the Covid-19 lockdown. Susan is that hairdresser! The fact that I had no hair problems at all during the lockdown, not in terms of color or model, is a great compliment to Susan's professionalism! It was also very nice to be able to sit in the barber chair again this week, even now professionally, taking into account all RIVM measures. Yes, I have found my regular hair salon!

Ik ben kieskeurig over de kleur van mijn rode haar en Haarpleck weet precies wat ik wil en wat bij mij past. De houdbaarheid van de kleur is erg goed. Mede door de goede verzorgingsproducten. De kniptechniek voor de krullen is ook uitstekend. Na 8 weken zitten mijn krullen nog perfect. Enjoy the nice and cozy interior upon entering. I am picky about the color of my red hair and Haarpleck knows exactly what I want and what suits me. The durability of the color is very good. Partly because of the good care products. The cutting technique for the curls is also excellent. After 8 weeks my curls are still perfect.

What a nice treatment, professional curler who knows his stuff. Got good advice and with a good feeling I was outside again an hour and a half later.

Zelfs weken na het knippen, krijg ik mijn haar zelf nog eenvoudig in model. Ik ben niet van het uren föhnen en iedere dag wassen, daarom is het zo fijn dat mijn haar (veel, zwaar en veel kruinen waardoor het altijd stom viel) eindelijk goed 'gecoupt' is en natuurlijk valt. Echt super. En de aandacht en het contact in de salon maken het een fijne belevenis. Ik ben FAN Since I regularly come to Haarpleck to have my hair cut, colored and styled, it has been fantastic. Even weeks after cutting, I can easily style my hair myself. I'm not into blow-drying for hours and washing every day, that's why it's so nice that my hair (a lot, heavy and many crowns, which always made it look stupid) is finally well 'cut' and falls naturally. Ik heb mijn krullen hier laten knippen en wat ben ik ontzettend blij met het resultaat. Zo mooi hebben mijn krullen nooit gezeten. Ik kom hier zeer zeker terug. What a beautiful and beautiful hair salon. Very friendly ladies. Nice chat. And what is especially important is their knowledge of the profession. I had my curls cut here and I am so happy with the result. My curls have never been this beautiful. I will definitely come back here.

Je wordt goed geadviseerd en mijn kapsel is in lange tijd niet zo goed geknipt en gekleurd. Wij komen zeker terug. I have been here with my girlfriend and are both very satisfied.
