Heb m'n vraagtekens dus of dit de originele olaplex is. Bestel hier niet meer ondanks dat de bestelling verder juist was en snel bezorgd. Jammer. Edit: dit was zeker geen echte olaplex. De qr code werkte niet en het deed niets met m'n haar. Besteld bij een andere website die olaplex zelf aangeeft betrouwbaarcte zijn en daar werkt de qr code wel en m'n haar is weer zijde zacht. Niet hier kopen dus. They were quick to deliver but the olaplex no 3 was open. There was no sticker that you normally have to remove. So I'm wondering if this is the original olaplex. Do not order here again despite the fact that the order was otherwise correct and delivered quickly. Too bad. Edit: this was definitely not a real olaplex. The qr code didn't work and it didn't do anything to my hair. Ordered from another website that olaplex itself indicates to be reliable and the QR code works there and my hair is silky soft again. So don't buy here.

Overall, great customer service and great online hair shop! Will definetly order again from them!

Though clearly not acceptable for such an expensive brush, as the regular warranty is only for twelve months, rather than dealing with the problem, they insinuated the brush was used incorrectly. Disgusting lack of customer service.
