I tried to call a thousand times got no response, I send an email its been three days now but no response as well. contacted their Facebook page hopping to get a response but no response. all I can say I feel I got scammed and I will take all means to have my money back and will never advice anyone to buy from these people never

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I placed an order 2 weeks ago and I still did not receive my package. It got send out with a few days of delay and then returned to the them by the post the same day they sent it. So they have my money and my package. It is impossible to reach them by phone nobody answers and by e-mail my guess is they randomly address them once a week.
So disappointing.

The order was sent all the time and I did not receive any information why.
I waited two and a half weeks and nothing. Finally, I sent an e-mail myself to cancel the order as they have to continue the delivery. They replierd that they were waiting for one product from a supplier that was not delivering and it was not known when it would be. I will note that on the website and in the warehouse all products were available as available. They offered to cancel this product from the order and send the rest as soon as possible. I agreed. The order arrived in two days . After opening the package, it turned out that there are no other two products. This was my last bury in Haarspullen.
