They said that they arranged a date for the courier to pick up a return faulty product for which I will receive a refund and they never gave the code number of the courier receipt (as they do in these instances). Obviously, no courier came on the arranged date and the refund delays one more week due to their tricks. The product was made by unhealthy wood. The product's replacement the same. Vida XL, Haba Trading's company act on the verge of being illegal without customer protection ethics.
Update: After insisting, they gave a proper solution.

I should have read the reviews, because they are bad, what I can now myself confirm.
Received folding screen which was molded and broken. I wanted to retourn it and there it started. The play of Vida XL. That was 2 months ago and I still do not have my money. Bad client servise!!!! Bad company. They do not deserve 1 star!!
