Ik had bij mijn buren al gezien dat de mannen geen half werk achterlaten, en ook bij mij was alles na afloop ook echt klaar. Fijn ook dat Jemen een gerust hart je sleutel kan afgeven. I had Hagendoorn place a central heating boiler in a balcony cupboard. Great how people think. I had already seen with my neighbors that the men did not leave half a job, and with me everything was really ready afterwards. It is also great that Yemen can safely hand over your key.

Gezien de (originele) staat van het huis een groot project, maar door heldere communicatie en goed overleg heeft Bart mij alle zorgen uit handen genomen. De planning werd altijd duidelijk gecommuniceerd en je werd d.m.v. foto’s keurig op de hoogte gehouden van de dagelijkse voortgang. Heel fijn wanneer je niet iedere dag op locatie kunt zijn. Eventuele problemen werden voorgelegd en altijd netjes samen opgelost. Petje af voor Marco en Don, harde werkers, opgeruimd, altijd vriendelijk en tijd voor een praatje en hebben in rap tempo een hoog afwerkingsniveau opgeleverd. Hagendoorn Bouwprojecten maakt “kwaliteit zonder zorgen” meer dan waar! Last year bought a 1930s DIY house and had Bart Hagendoorn renovate it from the attic to the cellar. Given the (original) condition of the house a large project, but through clear communication and good consultation Bart has taken care of everything for me. The planning was always clearly communicated and you were informed by photos kept well informed of daily progress. Very nice when you can't be on location every day. Any problems were presented and always neatly solved together. Hats off to Marco and Don, hard workers, tidy, always friendly and time for a chat and have quickly delivered a high level of finishing. Hagendoorn Bouwprojecten makes "quality without worry" more than true!

Het werk werd prefect uitgevoerd en alles werd keurig schoon achtergelaten. Zeer tevreden over de goede en snelle service! Called on Thursday for a broken badgeiser. On Monday, 2 people immediately visited to install a new boiler. The work was carried out prefectly and everything was left neat and tidy. Very satisfied with the good and fast service!

Mijn cv-ketel van 16 jaar oud (hoop kabaal met douchen en lekte wat water, behuizing daar verroest) is vorige week vervangen voor een Remeha Tzerra ace CW5. Dat is fijn stoken en douchen kan ik zeggen. En heel zuinig schijnt het, ben benieuwd. Het contact met Hagendoorn Bouwprojecten was en is uitstekend. Van de vakman die langskwam om onderhoud te doen of de ketel af te keuren (het laatste dus bij mij), de installatie vd nieuwe ketel t/m de service die ik nu heb, allemaal zeer prettig en vakkundig. En zonder duur onderhoudscontract, gewoon in redelijk overleg. Ik ben zeer tevreden. Monotonous by now, but I agree with the 5-star reviews that are already there. My 16-year-old central heating boiler (a lot of noise with showering and leaked some water, housing rusted there) was replaced last week for a Remeha Tzerra ace CW5. That is nice heating and showering I can say. And it seems very economical, I am curious. The contact with Hagendoorn Bouwprojecten was and is excellent. From the professional who came by to do maintenance or to reject the boiler (the latter with me), the installation of the new boiler to the service I now have, all very pleasant and professional. And without an expensive maintenance contract, just in reasonable consultation. I'm very satisfied.

I have always been very happy with the service we have received. At the last service, it was evident we needed to replace our boiler - it was no surprise, I had been warned in the years before. I had a need to call in due to a fault, the response was immediate and we decided it was time to replace our system. We did our own research and were happy with the offer we received from Bart. We are excited about the quality of our new boiler, the installation was completed professionally and efficiently. We were up and running on a brand new boiler, within hours. I would have no hesitation in recommending the Hagendoorn team.

Bart charged us €235 for changing two metal springs on our vlizotrap, which took his men literally 5-10 minutes. The metal springs itself cost €45. 2.) Bart's team exchanged one of our radiators (€700), which still does not heat up. Hence, the replacement was for nothing. 4.) Bart recommended to replace a boiler for €2400 euros, while another handyman (2nd opinion) replaced a pressure valve, which costs 15 euros. Three months later, the old boiler works perfectly fine without losing pressure. 3.) Communication: Bart sometimes took days to respond and sometimes showed up without notice or only informing us of his arrival 10 minutes before ringing the bell. Initially, making a really good impression on us, we will never request Bart's services again.

Later when I was needed help with one of the old radiators that was not changed Bart came to my house next day. I was surprised with such quick response.
