★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ik woon in Malta en had een 500 ml fles moeder tinctuur besteld, die helaas tijdens het vervoer moet zijn gebroken, en dus in stukken aan kwam. Heb onmiddelijk Dhr. Hurkmans geinformeerd, die binnen een half uur terug kwam met het bericht een nieuwe fles op te sturen, sterker verpakt en zonder kosten.
Ik ben zeer onder de indruk, en kan deze service van harte aanbevelen.
I live in Malta and had ordered a 500 ml bottle of mother tincture, which unfortunately had to be broken during transport, and thus arrived in pieces. Have Mr. Hurkmans informed, who came back within half an hour with the message to send a new bottle, packaged stronger and free of charge.
I am very impressed, and can wholeheartedly recommend this service.
