★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Die Damen dort sind sehr nett. Die hinterfragen die Kundenwünsche und haben das Erfragte in einen super Haarschnitt umgesetzt. Schnell und perfekt. Mehr geht nicht.
 The ladies are very nice there. They question the customer's wishes and have put the person in question into a great haircut. Fast and perfect. More is not possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Het zijn erg vriendelijk mensen maar de manier waarop zij werken is zeker niet echt hygiënisch te noemen, daarom heb ik besloten daar verder niets te laten doen.
They are very friendly people, but the way they work is certainly not really hygienic, so I decided not to do anything else there.

Very sweet, friendly and good hairdresser with an understanding of business and people. Takes ample time for its customers. Guhl is a good listener, has a great cut and I always leave with a good feeling. Really recommended !! Guhl, you're a topper! ? ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vakbekwaamheid en persoonlijk contact staan hier voorop. Voor mij geen andere kapper. Altijd zit mijn haar goed, goed geknipt en heel goed gekleurd. Super tevreden. Verder werkt ze 1 op 1 wat heel fijn is en er is alle ruimte voor een fijn gesprek. Een heel fijn persoonlijk contact.
Professional competence and personal contact are paramount here. No other hairdresser for me. My hair always looks good, cut well and colored very well. Very satisfied. She also works 1 on 1, which is very nice and there is plenty of room for a nice conversation. A very nice personal contact.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AWFUL! My hair is ruined! I came here for the first time with a groupon voucher and asked for 1 inch cut and some SUBTLE highlights. The lady cut about 3 inches and made it uneven all over (leaving HUGE clumps shorten than the rest) and the highlights are just dreadful! They are big and chunky and bright yellow (she didn't even use toner after to soften the colour!) And she left a HUGE gap at the top so now I have roots all over my head! I just spent the last hour having this haircut corrected at Toni & Guy in Haarlem (Adam the manager is brilliant by the way) and now I have to book yet another appointment to have the highlights corrected which will cost me around 100 Euros! I have wasted an entire day and a lot of money. This is the worst salon experience I have ever had (and I have been to a lot of salons!) Please do your self a favour and go anywhere else but here. You will save yourself a lot of money and stress. p.s) I never complain, so this will give you an idea of how angry I am! It doesn't even deserve the 1 star I had to give it in order to post this!
