★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nog nooit zo slecht geknipt, ik ging blij de deur uit maar eenmaal thuis zag ik allemaal overgeslagen plukjes haar. Het kapsel wat ik wou was een rechte pony en niet schuin. De pony is te ver doorgeknipt, het is niet symmetrisch met de andere kant, en veels te lang geknipt.
Daarnaast moest ik het dubbele afrekenen voor het haarmasker, omdat er zonder overleg een toeslag voor lang haar bij kwam. Vervolgens bel je daar over terug en er komt geen oplossing, maar alleen 'dat is inderdaad wel gek'. De mensen zijn aardig, maar kwaliteit is ver te zoeken. Ik zet er nooit meer een stap binnen.
Never had a bad haircut before, I left the house happy, but when I got home I saw lots of skipped tufts of hair. The style I wanted was straight bangs and not oblique. The bangs are cut too far, not symmetrical with the other side, and cut way too long.
In addition, I had to pay double for the hair mask, because a surcharge for long hair was added without consultation. Then you call back about it and there is no solution, just 'that is indeed crazy'. The people are nice, but quality is hard to find. I will never step inside again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wat een fijne kapsalon zeg! Zat al een tijdje met mijn handen in het haar (hihi) om een goede kapsalon te vinden. Net zo lastig als een goede autogarage vinden :-(. Maar nu heb ik er één! Goede service en kwaliteit, ongedwongen sfeer en vooral zeer fijne en open minded kapsters!. Mijn haar is zeer mooi geworden en ik kom zeker terug, bedankt!
What a nice hair salon say! Sat with my hands in the hair (hihi) for a while to find a good hair salon. Just as difficult as finding a good car garage :-(. But now I have one! Good service and quality, casual atmosphere and above all very nice and open minded hairdressers! My hair has become very beautiful and I will be back, thanks!
