Enorm blij met zijn advies, het geweldige resultaat en de gezellige babbel! (Ik woon zelf in Amsterdam maar voor deze service kom ik graag naar Zwolle) Helped very well today! I had an idea in terms of cutting / coloring and discussed with one of the specialists how to achieve this result. Very happy with his advice, the great result and the pleasant chat! (I live in Amsterdam myself, but for this service I like to come to Zwolle)

Hierdoor boek je een knipafspraak voor 26,50 maar mag je 38,80 afrekenen wanneer je klaar bent. In eerste instantie gaven ze aan dat het niet zo was en stonden ze me dat met 4 man te verkondigen maar na een duidelijke printscreen konden ze er niet om heen. Ondanks hun eigen publicatiefout op de website toch 38,30 moeten afrekenen. Ik zou zeggen: de kwaliteit is prima maar klanten tegemoet komen wanneer ze zelf fout zitten, ho maar. Jammer, dat maakt je zaak in mijn ogen een stuk minder professioneel. Want klant is koning toch?! Of toch hun eigen portemonnee? @REPLY reactie van de eigenaar Ik zie dat jullie het inmiddels hebben aangepast in jullie afsprakensysteem, goed bezig! Want daar stond het zoals je zelf gezien hebt, niet duidelijk en correct in. Zie foto. Beetje vreemd om zoiets nog tegen te spreken ook. Een fijne dag verder. Fine cut.
