★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice lady! However the haircut was a bit amateuristic. Not enough knowledge of different haircuts styles, and no advise. For 35.60euro I expect to walk out fresh, but what I felt was regret.

Because I was trying to explain to a non-dutch employee, who didn’t speak english, the reason why the cut was not exactly what I asked for, he toke it personal, got hostile and offensive for no reason. I suggest a test for anger management to emplyees before hiring them.
I ended up spending 38.50€ for a quick male cut, which you can get better in most of the salons in Amsterdam for 16/20€, without losing time and positive energy.
I stopped by because it looked empty. I’ve now learned that it is not necessarily a good sign.
