★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slechte prijs kwaliteit verhouding.
Was met 15 minuten al weer buiten.
En dat was inclusief wassen , knippen en styling.
Niet echt een knipbeurt wat heb verwacht bij een luxe kapsalon.
Kortingsbon die mijn vrouw had gekregen kon ik om onduidelijke reden niet gebruiken , zou alleen voor dames knipbeurt zijn wat nergens wordt aangegeven.
Ik ga volgende keer weer naar "Turkse" kapper , kost de helft en de service is dubbel zo goed.
 Bad price quality ratio.
Was out again in 15 minutes.
And that included washing, cutting and styling.
Not really a haircut what I expected at a luxury hair salon.
I could not use the discount coupon that my wife received for unclear reasons, it would only be for a ladies haircut which is not indicated anywhere.
I will go to "Turkish" hairdresser again next time, costs half and the service is twice as good.

Ze zijn altijd netjes en vriendelijk.
De prijzen zijn goed. Je betaalt zeker niet te veel.

Ik ben al jaren vaste klant en herken de slechte recensies echt niet, terwijl ik echt wel kritisch ben of mijn haar goed geknipt en gekleurd is (waarschijnlijk gaan de slechte recensies over een oud team) . HairApp is echt een aanrader!!
HairApp has a new team with super motivated hairdressers who understand their profession. Listen carefully to the customer and give honest advice. Good prices. Really recommended. I have been a regular for years and I really do not recognize the bad reviews, while I am really critical of whether my hair is well cut and colored (probably the bad reviews are about an old team). HairApp is really recommended !!

Gave 1 star by mistake. Called again to see if something was wrong. It was good. Am very satisfied. Still able to give 5 stars.
