★ ★ ★ ★ ★ one of the cheapest hairdresser in Groningen. 10 euros for guys. But they make u wait if u have an appointment and they make you wait a lot if you dont have any appointment. Waiting line is usually long there. They also cut very quickly (not good I guess).

first one was okay, very friendly too, took less than 10 minutes!
second one was better, very friendly again
third one was horrible, but everyone was super friendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Made an appointment, but when I arrived the staff didn't even seem to notice me and didn't let me know that it would be a while. After a 30 minute wait they started dying someones hair so it would be even longer, so I left. Terrible service, would've been nice if they just let me know I'd have to wait a while. Also didn't look like they really knew what they were doing...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible! Do not go here. I tried to phone them, to make an appointment. When they answered, they had extremely loud music in the background... I explained that I couldn't hear them, because of the music and they just disconnected the call. Completely unprofessional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff. I had an ombre done here and my hair is very dark. They explained to me the process step by step and served me tea while they took care of me for 5 hours. Eventhough some may struggle to explain in English, I still managed to get a good result. Would definitely recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only washed and blow dried my hair to be surprised it costed me 57,35 euros lol! My hair is not even long it’s right below my shoulder. And the prices on their website are maximum 35€ for a very long hair. I didn’t check the prices before I went but when I was told it’s nearly 60€ at the end I did bring up the fact that’s it’s way too expensive in comparison to the other salons’ prices but they shrugged their shoulders and said “well that’s the case then.” To sum it up, if you are a nice honest person and don’t want to be lied to, don’t go there.
