★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked a men's haircut there since my regular barber is on vacation, but the lady-owner scheduled me with herself instead of scheduling me with the men's barber. It became apparent to me only after her attempted haircut that she does not know how to cut men's hair. I can only assume she wanted a quick buck in her pocket rather than letting the men's barber, who is renting a chair from her, to get the opportunity to make an honest buck, may be even grow his regular customer base. She made an absolute mess of my hair and blamed it on my curly hair, after I complained and asked the men's barber to fix it, he agreed to fix it at no cost, although the two business are separate. I think he did a good job considering what was possible to salvage, but out of principle I will not spend a dime there ever again. If you are desperate enough to go there for men's hair cut, make sure you ask for the men's barber specifically- or buy a hat.

They were only triying to make my bill more and more expensive by brushing etc. They took advantage that I was new in Amsterdam and they were not at all respecting the prices on their price list. You can not pay by card. Choose another hairdresser

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please never go to this salon. I never thought I would have one of those horror experiences as you would see online but if you go to this salon you will! I asked for light brown hair with extensions and told the hairstylist I had to be somewhere at 20:00. When I called I asked if I could book at 13:30, she said she would confirm by texting me. She never texted me so I called again (I really wish I didn’t) and she said she was available at 15:00. Once again I asked if she would be done at 20:00 and she said yes. The day off she was an hour late, even though she texted me about this it is still incredibly unprofessional. Then I showed her a picture of what I wanted which was light brown hair with extensions. Before I knew it she had put dark dye into my hair without consulting me. She then proceeded to put two different colours of extensions in my hair, one black and dark brown. I was already very disappointed but no permanent damage had been done! Not until she started bleaching giant chunks of my hair. After she had washed it out, without putting any toner in, leaving the chunks YELLOW, she said she was done. I told her I didn’t want to go outside with this hair and that I looked terrible. She told me that it looked like the picture I had shown her, which it didn’t.
I’ve never been so sad about getting my hair messed up as this. I normally never post reviews but please run when you see this salon. They also charged me 400€ for this.
