Ze geeft - ondanks dat ze relatief jong is - op een zeer volwassen manier inzicht in je gedrag en communicatie om je vervolgens te coachen naar de door jou gestelde doelen. Ik heb dit als zeer prettig ervaren. Bovendien sloegen de testresultaten de spijker op zijn kop. Zeer treffende vergelijkingen en zeer bruikbare handvatten voor zowel mezelf als de personen met wie ik samenwerk/leidinggevenden.
Laura is a pleasant coach. She listens attentively and is very sharp at the same time. Despite being relatively young, she provides insight into your behavior and communication in a very adult way and then coaches you towards the goals you have set. I have experienced this as very pleasant. In addition, the test results hit the nail on the head.
