★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tot twee maal toe verzocht om contact op te nemen voor informatie over zonnepaneel enkele maanden terug. Geen resultaat tot nu toe. Ook niet na een telefoontje van mijn kant. Blijkbaar geen interesse.
Twice requested to contact us for information about solar panel a few months ago. No result so far. Not even after a phone call from my side. Apparently no interest.

U word terug gebeld
De hele dag gewacht op een telefoontje
Dan maar zelf bellen
U word zeker terug gebeld binnen nu en 5 dagen werd er ook nog gezegd
Wat een service om iemand die zonnepanelen heeft laten plaatsen dan zolang te laten wachten
Binnen 5 jaar en 3 maanden 2 omvormers kapot van in mijn ogen een ondeuglijk product
Geen coulance optie want ik liep tegen dichte deuren want de garantie was verlopen terwijl ik een werkbon had van garantie bij plaatsing van nieuwe omvormer
Geldt niet die bon de garantie gaat van de eerste plaatsing werd er gezegd
Dit bedrijf heeft mij in de steek gelaten ze boden me een "aanbod" wat in mijn ogen geen aanbod was
Inplanning om te plaatsen duurt en duurt maar
Ik heb me als lul gevoeld
Dus ben ik helemaal gestopt met Haltronics
Bedankt voor niks want ze doen niks
Deze firma zou ik dus nooit aanraden aan niemand want ze doen niks extra voor je
Garantie is hopeloos kun je gebruiken voor op de wc
Dit is enkel hoe ik ben behandeld en ik er over denk
Er zullen mensen zijn die er anders over denken maar dit is mijn ervaring die zal Haltronics nooit met mij delen maar dat is hun mening
Iedereen mag nu kiezen van wel of niet met Haltronics
In my opinion, a terrible company

Then just call yourself
You will definitely be called back within now and 5 days it was also said
What a service to have someone who has installed solar panels wait that long
Within 5 years and 3 months 2 inverters broken from in my opinion a faulty product
No leniency option because I ran into closed doors because the warranty had expired while I had a work order for warranty when installing a new inverter
It was said that the voucher does not guarantee the first placement
This company has let me down they offered me an "offer" which was not an offer in my opinion
Planning to install takes and only takes
I've felt like a dick
So I stopped using Haltronics completely
Thanks for nothing because they don't do anything
I would never recommend this company to anyone because they don't do anything extra for you
Guarantee is hopeless you can use it for the toilet
This is just how I have been treated and how I feel about it
There will be people who think differently but this is my experience Haltronics will never share with me but that is their opinion
Everyone can now choose whether or not to use Haltronics
