T	Tho Uhl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bisher waren wir sehr zufrieden hier, jedoch mussten wir heute beim Versuch, neue Gardinen zu kaufen und dazu beraten zu werden, erfahren, dass die Verkäuferin um 15 Uhr schon nicht mehr im Haus war und niemand anderes das könne. Wir wurden dann auf morgen früh vertröstet. Am unangenehmsten empfand ich dabei, dass noch nicht mal ein Wort der Entschuldigung oder des Bedauerns fiel, dass man uns jetzt gerade nicht beraten könne. Noch schlimmer war, dass wir kurz davor im wenige Kilometer entfernten Markt in Voerde waren und uns dort dasselbe passierte! Also merke: Am Donnerstagnachmittag verkauft Hammer keine Gardinen. So far we have been very satisfied here, but today when we tried to buy new curtains and received advice on them, we had to find out that the saleswoman was no longer in the house at 3 p.m. and no one else could. We were then put off until tomorrow morning. What I found most uncomfortable was that not even a word of apology or regret was uttered, that we could not be advised right now. Even worse was that we were just a few kilometers away in the market in Voerde and the same thing happened there! So notice: Hammer doesn't sell curtains on Thursday afternoon.

Ich habe heute einen freien Nachmittag und eine Anfahrt geopfert, da ich auf eine kompetente Beratung gehofft hatte. Ich benötige Gardinenstangen für eine nicht ganz unkomplizierte Wohnzimmersituation. Bereits am Eingang bat ich um Hilfe. Lapidar wurde mir mitgeteilt, die Kollegin sei krank und mir könne niemand helfen. Schnell wandte man sich wieder ab, betrachtete die Situation offensichtlich als erledigte und verfolgte weiter seine private Kommunikation. Auf meine erneute Bitte um Hilfe, verbunden mit dem Hinweis auf meine Anfahrt wurde mir völlig genervt mitgeteilt, die Kollegin sei krank und ansonsten kenne sich niemand aus. Fassungslos verließ ich den sogenannten „Fachmarkt“ und werde diesen niemals wieder betreten !!!!!!! Unfortunately I have to give a star, I would like to give zero stars !!!!!! When I asked for help again, combined with the reference to my arrival, I was completely annoyed and told that the colleague was sick and otherwise nobody knew her way around. Stunned, I left the so-called “specialist market” and will never enter it again !!!!!!!

Diese Mitarbeiterin hat sich mächtig ins Zeug gelegt und allen Kunden zu der Zeit waren es 6 an der Zahl. Ich fand es trotzdem ok. Mein Lob gilt der Mitarbeiterin. Den Verantwortlichen gebe ich ein ungenügend. The sales room was only occupied by one employee and that was impossible for those in charge. This employee really worked hard and all customers at the time were 6 in number. I thought it was ok anyway. My praise goes to the employee. I give the person in charge an insufficient.

Tapeten waren mehr als doppelt so teuer wie im Netz. 31,99 bei Hammer, 13,49 im Netz Friendly staff even though we didn't shop here. Wallpapers were more than twice as expensive as online. 31.99 at Hammer, 13.49 online

The conditions in the curtains department were ideal. The saleswoman took her time with us. The advice was so good that we were happy to buy there.
