★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nadat na 8 jaar een verzakking ontstaat in het dak dat Hamminga heeft aangelegt is de mondeling aangegeven garantietermijn gewijzigd van 10 jaar in 7 jaar. Op 7 telefonische en 2 aangetekende schriftelijke contactpogingen wordt niet gereageerd. Eenmaal wel en komt Hamminga 4 uur te laat op de afspraak voor een inspectie waarna ik niets meer van hem verneem, ondanks de afspraak die we gemaakt hebben. Tijdens inspectie zijn alle opmerkingen van Hamminga gericht op acceptatie van de ontstane situatie ("het zal waarschijnlijk niet verder doorzakken" en "het dak lekt toch niet") en afhouden van garantie verplichtingen.
After 8 years of subsidence in the roof that Hamminga has installed, the verbally stated warranty period has changed from 10 years to 7 years. There will be no response to 7 telephone and 2 registered written contact attempts. During inspection, all comments from Hamminga are aimed at accepting the situation that has arisen ("it will probably not sag further" and "the roof will not leak anyway") and waiving warranty obligations.
