★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would stay here again when visiting Amsterdam. The hotel is close to two tram stations which makes it very easy to get around. All safety measures for covid are taken seriously. The staff is fantastic, the breakfast was plenty. The rooms are comfortable. They also offer limited parking in the garage. I think it's for 8-10 cars in total. We were lucky to get one, but they also offer another option at a P+R nearby.

The room looked very nice, the breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly.
Location is good: close to tram stop and easy bike access to the rest of the city.
Only con was no mini fridge in the room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an amazing experience at Hampton by Hilton. It was my husband's birthday and they prepared a cake, balloons and champagne for us! We loved! Besides that, the hotel is really well located, the rooms are comfortable and completely silent and the breakfast is delicious! We strongly recommend! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff here are all so friendly. The room is large and very comfortable. I had beer and pizza in the lobby the first afternoon here. The beer was really good and the pizza wasn't too bad either. And the breakfast is fantastic!

Everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional including Joep, Carolina, breakfast staff, etc. The hotel is only a 10 minute tram ride to Centraal Station and is in a safe area. Jumbo and Albert Heijn grocery stores about a 5 minute walk from the hotel as well. We will definitely consider this hotel for our future visits to Amsterdam.
*P.S. I found the tiny window near the elevator really funny and cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Can’t fault this place. Staff really helpful and professional. Room excellent and breakfast good. Location is ideal, easy tram ride from central station, short tram ride into centre.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in the middle of nowhere.
The front desk personnel took 20 minutes to assign a room.
The room 414 is located behind a brick wall so no light enters the room. The overall feeling is pretty much like “orange is the new black”.
The Tv is positioned so that is impossible to watch it from the twin sized bed.
Since I am a gold member with Hilton, I imagine this must be one of the best rooms in the facility.

Friendly staff who were always available.
Free wifi and breakfast was included.
Even though on main road and near to main rail line, there was no noise. Two tram lines in short walking distance.
Room was clean and well maintained.
