★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have only good things to say about the HAMSHOP, the service and of course Marcus PA2DB. Until this June I bought my equipment from a dealer that severely lacks the flair for service and consideration for customers. I turned away from a self proclaimed market leader because I had enough of the arrogant and snobbish behavior that I had to endure as a customer.
After canceling a pending order I had to find another dependable source to purchase the equipment I needed for my shack. A web search for Ham Radio Stores produced a number of hits and among them the HAM SHOP NL. I mailed inquiries to several shops within country with minimal success, either the store was not an authorized dealer or my inquiry was ignored without reply.
After all, I decided to contact the HAM SHOP. What a pleasant surprise(!!), my email was responded to the same day and the next day I spoke to Marcus about my order on the phone. Marcus was not sure how long it would take to delivery my order but he told me that he will find out and tell me, which he did in following days. Ham Shop and Marcus are reliable and highly recommendable business partners that provide all that a HAM needs at affordable prices and a over the top service. HAM SHOP is and will be my first choice for future HAM needs.
